Week ONE 

NOTICE — Awareness without judgment.

Learn how to tune into what's actually happening beneath the rushing, tension, and overwhelm.  Noticing is about facts, not feelings about the facts. You're not looking for evidence of failure. You're just seeing what's there.

So that by the end of this week, you can catch yourself before the rush takes over,  instead of noticing it three hours later.

WEEK two

PAUSE — Interrupt
the autopilot

Simple practices that create breathing room between what happens and how you respond.

So that by the end of this week, you have at least one practice you can use in under two minutes, in the middle of a real day, before a real meeting.


WEEK Three

CHOOSE — Small shifts, not overhauls.

Discover what supports you, what drains you, and what is actually within your control.

So that by the end of this week, you've made at least one small deliberate choice that wasn't driven by the to-do list.

WEEK four

INTEGRATE — Create your personal Calm Reset.

Bring the tools together in a way that fits your life, not someone else's.

NAVIGATE — Because real life isn't linear.

Learn how to return to what helps, without guilt, self-criticism, or starting over.
Real life gets busy.

This week is about finding your way back to yourself when it does. Not by sitting down to practise something. By being tuned in enough to notice what's missing, and trusting that you know how to come back.

So that by the end of this week, a difficult week doesn't mean starting over. It just means you know how to come back.

WEEK SIX

SUSTAIN — Your calm reset for life.

You'll leave with your Personal Calm Map and the confidence to trust yourself more than another wellness plan.

So that when the program ends, you leave with your own tools , not mine. The goal was never six weeks of effort. It was six weeks of practice until awareness becomes how you act. You won't find yourself practising tools. You'll find yourself acting from awareness — and realising you already did.

Not tools you have to remember to use. An awareness you carry with you, so tuned in that you notice what's missing before it becomes too much, and know how to come back.

I'm not a meditation or breathwork person. Will this work for me?

Probably. The Calm Reset Method isn't about becoming a meditation person.

Over six weeks you'll experiment with simple breathing exercises, grounding techniques, reflection prompts, awareness practices, and coaching.

The goal isn't to find the "perfect" practice.
It's to discover what genuinely helps you feel calmer, clearer, and more like yourself, and when to use it.

Different days need different tools.

Can 5 minutes really make a difference?

Most women I work with already know things that could help them. The problem was never a lack of information, but never having a moment to actually use it - without guilt, rushing, or it feeling like another task.

Five minutes works not because that's all we could fit in. It works because small, consistent moments are often enough when you know what you need.

Will the coaching be recorded? 

The teaching and guided practices are recorded, so you can revisit them whenever you need.

The coaching conversations aren't recorded, so everyone can speak openly.
